Sports massage

Sports massage is a deep tissue massage. It uses the techniques of classic massage as well as additional techniques and addresses the needs of the athlete and the specific problems associated with sport.

Classic massage

Massage is a technique that is thousands of years old and is used to prevent and treat complaints and illnesses in the musculoskeletal system. However, certain massage techniques can also have a positive effect on diseased internal organs. Classic massage is the best known and most widespread form of massage. It is also called "Swedish massage" because its technique was developed at the turn of the century by the Swedish student Henri Peter Ling.

Hot-Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a form of massage using heated stones, usually made of basalt, which are placed on the body. The stones are heated in a water bath to a temperature of around 60 °C. The aim is to relax the muscles through heat.

Relaxation massage

A relaxation massage is characterized by its slow and rhythmic movements. It should not be confused with a purely medical massage, as the relaxation massage is primarily intended to promote well-being and relaxation.

Traditional Persian massage

One of the oldest massages, from ancient Persia.

As a healing method or for relaxation.

A Persian massage is always done on the whole body and lasts at least 60 minutes.

The massage process is not at all similar to Asian massages, but is similar to classic and sports massage but of course with some differences.

Aroma beer Massage

An aroma oil massage involves massaging essential oils into the skin.

Depending on the oils and aromas, the body is cared for, cooled, invigorated, refreshed, calmed, warmed or relaxed.
